Thomas McQuade
Director
Thomas has been the CFO of five growing businesses, mostly consumer and ecommerce brands scaling fast enough to outgrow their finance function. He’s worked on several exits and multiple debt fundraises over that time.
He’s rebuilt month-end reporting, built the forecasting and KPIs a board can actually run on, supported a £1m Series A and a £3m Series B raise, and led a finance transformation to get a business exit ready.
Jackie Dickinson
Director
Jackie is a CIMA qualified accountant who has spent sixteen years advising owner-managed businesses in Hertfordshire and Essex, first through her own accountancy practice, which she went on to sell, and then as a growth and strategy consultant, largely in construction, engineering and retail.
She also spent six years as Finance Director of a renewable energy business, so she’s run a finance function from the inside as well as advised on one from the outside.
Jackie is usually the first person you’ll speak to, and she’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right firm for what you need.
